Caroline S'Jegers is a mother, entrepreneur, artist, speaker, and founder of PULSE. As the first female Ecstatic Dance DJ in Europe and co-founder of Conscious Dance Academy, she has guided dance floors, ceremonies, and circles for more than fifteen years.

Her work weaves together creativity, movement, leadership, regeneration, and deep listening. Caroline roots herself in ritual, uses poetry as music, and listens to the silences between the heartbeats. She sees her work as a love letter to remembering who we are.

As a psychologist (BA) and cultural anthropologist (MSc), Caroline has traveled the world for years - at times living nomadically - immersing herself in different ways of living and gathering across cultures. Together with her family, she is currently moving to the north of Spain, where she is creating a life closer to the land.
